For Government Delegates/ Ambassador/ Diplomatic/ Other Embassy Officials

Duly filled in Visa Application Form with 03 recently taken passport size colour photographs
At least 06 months valid original Passport with two empty-pages, along with copy of the information page (other than Dutch, Croatian and Bosnian citizens have to submit residence permit or proof of residence issued by Dutch Authorities)
Flight particulars/booking for visiting Bangladesh (confirmed ticket is not required).
Applicants who are below 18 years old have to submit a written permission from his/her parents with their copies of Passports/IDs along with their birth certificate/municipality declaration (uittrekssel)
