Required Document(s):

• Invitation letter from the respected organizations in Bangladesh.
• A letter or Note-Verbale from the Organization in The Netherlands/Europe.

Validity of Visa:

• Applicable for the required period on the basis of the note verbale.

Remarks:

• In accordance with the relevant institutional recommendations and international conventions with multiple travel facility for a full term of employment or a maximum of five years whichever is less.

• Fill up visa form and submit (if you face problem in uploading photo, leave it for us)
• Print the completed form
• Submit the printed copy of the visa application along with required documents to the Embassy [or email all documents at consular.thehague@mofa.gov.bd]
