Required Document(s):

• Invitation/ offer letter from concerned university/ college/school (educational institutions in Bangladesh.
• Declaration/ recommendation letter from university/ college/ school in the Netherlands.
• Bank guarantee.
• Introduction letter from employer/ school/ university.

Validity of Visa:

• 01 Year

Remarks:

• Recommendations from the concerned educational institution for extension of visa, sponsorship, certificate of the institution not working in the country and the Department of Immigration & Passport may issue full-time visas for full-time courses/internships on the basis of favorable reports from the Special Branch of the Police.

How to apply for visa?

• Login: to login click here or visit visa.gov.bd
• Fill up visa form and submit (if you face problem in uploading photo, leave it for us)
• Print the completed form
• Submit the printed copy of the visa application along with required documents to the Embassy [or email all documents at consular.thehague@mofa.gov.bd]
• Pay the visa fees via bank transfer or by PIN (at the Embassy)
